Job Opportunity: Data Analyst
Remuneration: £45£50K per annum plus benefits
Location: UK flexible remote working, lab top and mobile provided must be flexible with working in different time zones.

Purpose of role
A challenging and exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to take full responsibility of extracting, transforming and modelling data for specialist projects across various business global time zones.
Working with large data sets from various CRM sources. Analyse conclude
Increase the quality and effectiveness of B2B data through analysis and evaluation practices to support implementing specific data trends and segmentation
Analysing market trends
Produce proactive reports that enable analytical understanding of key issues and trends emerging from business intelligence sources across the sales organisation. Liaising with Leadership colleagues
Work closely with the Technology Team to enable data management, data cleansing and data validation as part of a wider data assurance framework
Working with the Technology Team to Query the organisations databases (using automated methods, SQL and other methods)
Determines changes in physical database by studying project requirements; identifying database characteristics
Management of campaign databases to include specific elements of Sales Force
Analysis pre/post results and identify future campaign opportunities
Maintains data dictionary by revising and entering definitions
Maintains company information in a confidential manner
Support project teams in gathering and analysing data and presenting their findings.
Work with the organisations Communications Team to support the publication of performance information to internal/external audiences
Confirms project requirements by studying user needs; conferring with others on project team
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing reports/publications; establishing personal networks.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Evaluate marketing campaign metrics to increase the quality and effectiveness of the next B2B business marketing campaign
Change database system by coding database descriptions
Protects database by developing access system; specifying user level of access
Collecting and analysing numerical information for further presentation using diagrams, tables, charts, graphs, and reports
Collecting data from different sources You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex findings, recommendations and ideas
Experience and skills
A bachelors degree in math, statistics, computer science, or closely related field
Highly Analytical /Critical Thinking/ Ability to conclusion and presentation findings
Database Performance Tuning/ Management
Excellent communication and networking
Attention to Detail
Timemanagement, planning and organisational skills
Visio to support mapping processes
SQL (Database Manipulation)
BI Reporting / communicating complexity with ease.
