The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role within the care sector and will want to progress in their career to Registered Care Manager in the future.The role is to support the current Registered Manager in all aspects of running a busy domiciliary care business to the highest standards.The role includes but is not limited to the following -Managing a team of office staff and field based CAREGiversAssisting with recruitment and the retention of staffCarrying out supervisions, appraisals and mentoring and observing CAREGivers through their care certificateAssisting with all financial aspects of the businessMonitoring standards to ensure compliance with CQC regulationsCarrying out consultations with new clients, compiling first class care plans and risk assessmentsMeeting clients regularly for quality assurance visits and service reviewsMaintaining contact with relevant professionalsCarrying out care calls when required and participating in on call rotaAlthough working hours are structured and reasonable, flexibility will be required around working hours if necessaryFull UK Driving licence and reliable vehicle is essentialApplicants should live maximum of 10 mile radius of Cannock Qualifications

Minimum of NVQ or QCF 3, QCF5 in Leadership and Management preferred, working towards this qualification will be considered or for the right candidate with relevant experience but not holding the qualification, the desire to work towards this level is essential.
