Pay rate £8.50, PartTime 19.5 hours per week , 5 days over 7 (will include weekends)

I am currently recruiting for number of Customer Service Advisers to work on a temporary ongoing contract based in Leeds , working 5 days over 7 ( so will include weekends)
Various shifts available.

Previous experience within customer service position

Responding to and resolving using the social media platforms
Correctly processing tasks and activities requested by customers through a ticket resolution system or by telephone and email
Preparing and providing information for customers, requesting additional information as required and updating management about significant customer issues
Collaborating with managers, team leaders, team colleagues, customers and other business partners
