Scheduling Support CoordinatorOlney£20,000 to £22,000Primary objective of this position:You will be the point of contact for all internal and external scheduling and planning works. You will be required to manage the workload of on-site engineers, respond to all internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner, taking accurate messages and using own initiative to resolve requests, escalating important information or updates to the UK Aftersales Services Manager. Main Duties:Handling of incoming support calls via e-mail or liaising with the UK Project Engineering Manager and the Aftersales Services Manager to ensure the effective and efficient use of resourcesScheduling field engineers for Reactive call outs, Customer Installation activities and Preventative Planned Maintenance workLiaising with field engineers, project managers, and Technical Support Technicians, ensuring effective communications at all timesMaintaining visibility on dates for annual service contractsThe creation of customer quotations, responsibility for stock management and customer invoicing associated with engineering visits.The input and checking of data on the service desk system and other associated systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to dateProvide support in the creation and issuing of software license codesMaintaining and monitoring the KPIs for service and support activitiesUndertaking the analysis and preparation of reports from various sources of data within the departmentProviding general administrative support for the Aftersales Service DepartmentResponding to customer requests via our service desk system.Experience:Knowledge of scheduling engineering resourceExperience in working in a fast pace environmentHas a good UK geographical awarenessFunctional competencies:Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organisational and administration skillsAccuracy in work and attention to detailAbility to prioritise workload and tasksIT Literate - experience of MS Office Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.Ability to build relationships by telephoneInterest/knowledge/understanding of technical systems in terms of software/ hardware interfacesDue to the high volume of applications we receive, it is not always possible to get back to you within 24 hours.
