Radiotherapy Application Specialist - Technical Training and Support Job in Birmingham, up to £45,000 per annum plus bonus - to cover UK Do you have commercial experience in Radiotherapy coupled with a physics background and an affinity for handling software applications? We are working on a technical training and support position for a Clinical Applications Specialist specialising in this area for the UK. Previous experience in this or a related role is required with exposure to the NHS &/or private healthcare system. The successful candidate would be joining a vibrant & busy provider of innovative equipment. They are recognised for high quality products and services with efficient quality management systems. LocationAs you will be servicing the UK, with varied travel primarily by car but interspersed with flights, you will need to be based somewhere between the M4 & M62 corridors with easy access to the road/motorway network & a well-connected airport Key InformationWorking alongside the sales team to support clinical teams during the use of the productProvide verbal technical assistance during live treatmentBe seen as an expert on the productIdentify additional opportunities for using the productRoutine feedback to the sales team and Regional Manager to increase businessConduct training sessions for new and existing clients Package £32,000 - £45,000 SALARY depending upon the extent & level of your experience which may range from a physics grad with c1-2 years medical sector experience through to a radiographer with a physics background & strong systems software usage experienceBONUSCARTRAINING, MEDICAL, PENSION ETC Key Skills and QualificationsBA or BSc in PhysicsExcellent IT skills and ability to learn software packages and work with networking systemsWorking knowledge on OEM equipment such as Linacs, TPS, imaging devices is desiredMechanical and electrical assembly skill - this is highly desiredAbility to use remotely customer support tools such as GoToAssist or GoToMeetingIdeally have experience of working within the healthcare sector from a sales / Clinical Applications backgroundHighly developed communication skills.Ability to form strong working relationships with Clinical teamsConfident when delivering technical information and able to provide verbal assistance during live treatmentAbility to work independently and as part of a team What Happens Next?
