Our Milton Keynes based client are a IT Managed Services Provider, seeking an experienced IT Technician to work on a remote site, supporting one of their major clients.
While there will be support from the main IT Helpdesk you will be the only IT person on site, so you must be good self-starter.
Any major issues will be supported by the main IT Team, but there is a minimum level of support this role will have to support on your own.
Alongside the technical experience you will also be personable, confident and a strong relationship builder. A passion for helping others and offering excellent customer service is a must!!
1) Minimum 1 year of experience of working on a customer site, providing support on multiple devices, and systems.
2) Minimum of 1 year of experience of working with and resolving issues with:
Wifi access points
Ipod scanners and bar code scanners
Microsoft office products
Desktop PC & Printers Network issues
