About the job
Currently looking for a Head Chef to join a leading restaurant brand in Oxfordshire area.
This role is a unique opportunity for an existing Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, to step into new role.
As Head Chef you will be responsible for:
Daily running of all kitchen operations
Recruitment, training and managing of your brigade
Weekly stock takes and financial reports
Ensuring all the paperwork is up to date
Liaising with General Manager on weekly offers and promotions
Previous Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in an dry lead environment
Have experience in managing a team of no less then 8 chefs
Have strong knowledge of stock takes and achieving KPIs
Have strong leadership skills
