About the job

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday.

The role of Administrator is to provide day to day administrative support to the ESIF Manager who is responsible for the delivery of the 2014/2020 European Programme.

You will be well organised, flexible and able to work with minimal supervision.

Key accountabilities for this role:

General administrative support
Arrange, prepare and set up for both internal and external meetings.
Event and workshop management from booking the venue to on the day support
Maintain accurate filing systems.
Dealing with business enquiries (via phone or email).
Organise and support meetings, producing agendas and papers, setting up for meetings, minute taking and circulating actions.
To provide diary management and support to the ESIF Manager, including travel arrangements.

Qualifications

GCSE Grade A* - C or equivalent in Maths and English

Experience

Able to demonstrate experience in administrative processes and procedures
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Able to use initiative and work independently
Diary management experience
Experience of arranging meetings both internally and externally
Experience of minute taking
Event management experience

General Skills

Excellent organisational skills
Excellent IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
Prioritises own responsibilities effectively
Ability to work with detailed accuracy and speed
Able to recommend process and systems improvements

Personal Qualities

Flexible and able to contribute to a team approach
Able to work with minimal supervision

Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and a commitment to complete all tasks
Presentable and professional at all times
A full UK driving licence with access to a car
