Trade Counter/ Admin Assistant needed in Exeter Immediate start for the right candidate.
£9.50p/h Increase when taken on contract after 12 weeks.
Temporary to Permanent option.
We are currently looking for a Trade counter assistant / administrator to join a busy office team. The right applicant should have a can do & positive attitude.

One of our clients that specialises in the timber / joinery industry is currently looking for a trade counter / admin assistant to start ASAP.
This is a temporary to perm role for the right candidate. (contract after 12 weeks)
The Pay is £ 9.50 p/h to start and then once you are taken on contract there is a potential to earn up to £24k per annum depending on your experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with customers, admin and sales and will be able to use Microsoft Office applications including Excel. You will also have a great communication skills. You must be selfmotivated and be able to work in the team as well as by your own. Own transport preferred due to location.
Main Duties will include:
Customer service at the trade counter
Sales and admin duties
Provide basic quotations for customers
Raise work orders
Complete all the dispatch paperwork for delivery goods
Take payments from customers
Of advantage, but not essential.
Experience within the timber / joinery industry.
Previous sales experience in a similar role.
There is scope to advance in a salesbased role within the company, possibly progressing to an internal / external sales position.
Hours: 40 per week (Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm)
