Service Manager Mental Health
£23600 - £25600 per annum
The charity provides a supported housing service for people with mental health problems and strive to provide the very best recovery focused delivery.
The charity is looking for someone to manage the daytoday running of their East Hampshire Supported Housing Service.
Ensuring the quality of service and support provided to people who use their services, the Service Manager is also responsible for managing the service contracts, line management of the front line staff and organising any building maintenance requirements.
Duties could vary from carrying out an induction, undertaking an investigation, putting team development plans in place or providing support to the business development team, they promise challenge and variety.
The successful candidate for Service Manager will have substantial experience gained managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs.
Open, encouraging with tac, diplomacy and time management skills. A flexible attitude to working hours and being willing to participate in on call arrangements is a plus. Other preferred skills and experience include carrying out investigations, writing reports/recommendations and managing budgets. They offer an extensive induction and training program for managers.
The Service Manager salary for this post is £23,600 with subsequent salary progression to £25,600 per annum.

Driving licence is not essential, however the postholder will be required to travel and access remote areas in East Hampshire as part of the role.
