IntaPeople are looking for someone who can deliver as well as them but with a focus on Agile methodologies and processes rather than footballs, pizza's and letters for the village of Greendale.
Our client have grown significantly over the past few years, adding tech focussed individuals all across the business and helping to deliver products that are being widely recognised in the industry.
It's an ambitious company, full of people constantly learning and always looking for to help the products to grow further in the marketplace. They are currently looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join the company, to work closely with the feature teams to ensure the product roadmap is delivered efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for leading teams through sprint cycles, following the scrum methodology and leading Agile processes. You will work closely with the Product Manager, understand feature requirements, preparing user stories, leading sprint planning, prioritising tasks, building roadmaps and creating an implementation plan to take the products into the market.
In order to be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the below skillsets;
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Manager.
- Deep and clear understanding of scrum and Agile processes, methodologies and methods.
- Experience working with JIRA or any other relevant PM tracking tools.
- Strong experience working with large sprint teams, managing multiple products and scrum teams.
- Ability to document coherently, to meet deadlines efficiently and to implement customer focussed applications.
