Application Support Analyst
Harvey Nash has been engaged by a market leading organisation to recruit an experienced support analyst focusing on internal applications.
Located in Ilkley, this role would suit someone living in the West Yorkshire region. We are looking for a Application Support Analyst to complement a well established support team.
This role will offer first line support in relation to internal applications. It will work closely with the Customer Support Team to investigate any technical issues customers are facing in relation to software, in addition to recreating these technical issues to find out more information before feeding this information to the Software Engineers.
Manage and support existing software applications.
Monitor system error logs for issues.
Manage and assist in the diagnosis of technical support issues.
Diagnose technical issues with the system and content.
Coordinate technical communications across the technical team.
Respond to 1st line technical requests.
Carry out investigations for functionality.
An understanding of web application and how they relate to customer needs and usage.
To understand and work with KPIs, SLAs
IT software experience (confidence and passion to learn)
Ability to write clear, comprehensive and precise requirements summaries and work tickets
