Salary £16,000 - £18,000 The Skills Network are in search of an Apprenticeship Sales Coordinator to work within our busy Apprenticeship department. This is a permanent position with an immediate start available.The RoleBased on the Skills Network Head Office in Selby, this critical role is responsible for ensuring the company meets its strategic Apprenticeship sales target through its various marketing channels. You will also be required to source new leads as well as arrange appointments and manage the diaries of the field-based sales team. The role will require the individual to liaise with both Levy and Non-Levy businesses over the phone to determine their needs and arrange appointments to discuss these needs in more detail. You will also be responsible for both the registering and monitoring of learner Initial Assessments to ensure minimum entry requirements are met prior to enrolment and to provide overview reports for the leadership team to show progress against targets and participate in any required meetings. • Securing meetings for the Business Development Team and Apprenticeship Engagement Manager to increase Apprenticeship in learning numbers in line with the strategic marketing plan.• Identify and make contact with potential customers to generate new business leads within the public and private sectors throughout the UK.• Register all potential learners to complete Initial Assessments and then monitor the results to ensure eligibility for the course required.• Maintain companys contact management database with accurate, up-to-date contact and activity details• Maintain the companys lead tracking database with accurate, up-to-date information and activity details• Appointment setting and meeting confirmation for Account Managers• Responding promptly to all incoming leads and ensuring these are followed up and maximised to their full potential• Planning and making follow-up calls• Contribute ideas in terms of business growth strategy• Other duties as assigned.The Candidate• Knowledge of Apprenticeship delivery and funding• Ability to build rapport with clients• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Excellent communication, listening & problem-solving skills• Excellent telephone manner • Well organised and able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy • A strong work ethic with the willingness and drive to succeed• Positive attitude• Attention to detail• Efficient computer skills• Call center experience a plus• CRM knowledge a plus• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields• Strong negotiation skills• Proven numerical and written skills• Able to use all MS Office programs particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint and be familiar with other bespoke databases• An eye for detail and methodical manner• Willingness to adapt and respond to the changing and varied needs of the business.The Package• Salary upto £18,000 per annum• Perk box• Excellent CPD opportunities• Eyecare vouchers• 25 days holiday plus bank holidaysAt The Skills Network, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants, employees, and partners without regard to race, religion, gender, gender reassignment, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, pregnancy or maternity and any other characteristic protected under the Equality Act 2010.
