We are on the hunt for a Area Sales Manager/Field Sales Executive in Croydon to work for a Global Electrical Distributor who have been around since the 60s! They are an exciting Multibillion pound turnover business. Salary:£35k£45k OTE £55K With a company car.
The territory you will be covering the CR postcodes.

Basics on the role:

We are after a Field Sales Executive/ Area Sales Manager to look after a Territory in Croydon.
You will be Branch/Office based however will be covering the Croydon Territory so most of your time will be in the field on the road.
67 Appointments a day
Selling into: Commercial, Electrical contractors, M&E Contractors, House Builders, Small brands and FM companies.
50% Account Management
50% New Business You will have around 180 accounts in your Branch

Implement the business plan for the appropriate territory, linked to local sales and margin requirements and convert this into a profitable business performance.
Evaluate the added value service offering for all allocated accounts and devise a successful, practical implementation plan, specific to the territory, and ensure its achievement.
Devise and implement a plan in order to provide account management for allocated and development (target) accounts.
Monitor sales, profit and other agreed local and national KPIs for the territory and ensure appropriate steps are taken to rectify any shortfalls.
Provide management with required reports, information and feedback, in agreed formats and within timeframes set.
To maintain and develop a nominated regional number of key accounts to grow the accounts, to increase the revenue and profit margin, all to agreed targets and objectives.
