Here at Connect2Staff we are working with a Primary School near Sevenoaks who are seeking a Site Manager to ensure that the internal and external school premises are safe, clean and presented to a high standard at all times.
The school are looking for a hardworking, honest, dependable, skilled, selfmotivated person to act as school site manager to start ASAP.
This Church of England Primary School is a growing village school in delightful rural surroundings, close to Sevenoaks.
They run a successful Forest School on site.
Through an ethos with strong values, including: community, respect, independence, aspiration, perseverance and compassion, they encourage everyone to strive to achieve their potential.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opening and closing, unlocking and locking of school premises and grounds and ensuring that buildings and the site are secure.
Upkeep and general care of the school
Organising, supervising and monitoring cleaning throughout the school buildings
Ensuring that external rubbish is stored appropriately.
Carry out cleaning duties as and when required.
Be responsible for ordering cleaning equipment and resources.
Noting, monitoring and reporting any defects in the school buildings
Monitoring of cleaning standards.
