If you want to progress into a Field Sales role with a very large, worldwide, market leading software firm, this could be the perfect job for you.
They are seeking an experienced internal sales person (this is not a bang the phones role dont worry) in a role tasked with lead generation and conversion who can speak German to at least an intermediate level but who ideally is fluent.
Working in either a specific industry sector or within a regional boundary you will be a conduit between the marketing and field sales teams
Ultimately you will be tasked with tasked with identifying, targeting and attracting new clients and nurturing each one of them to a point where they are ready to meet.
At that point you will get a chance to meet them alongside a senior sales person this is where the career development comes in as you learn more about the industry, their product and pitching at CLevel.
The ideal candidate for this Business Development role will have a genuine hunter mentality you will always be looking for the next new opportunity.
As a part of this you will demonstrate a creative, problem solving approach and possess an insatiable desire to learn, develop and progress this is a great job but the perfect candidate will see it only as a stepping stone.
You will have spent some time prospecting in the tech market (pitching to the medium / large enterprise sector ideally) and have already stood out as a high achiever.
If this is you, I can offer you a basic round the £30k mark (there is some flexibility here) alongside a genuine ability to earn a significant bonus / commission on top. As befits a large employer of this nature, the benefits package is impressive too.
