Customer Service Advisor responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for incoming enquiries
Building relationships with customers with a friendly and positive approach
Responding to queries via email and telephone
Fully investigating and resolving queries with full ownership
Administration and keeping client details up to date
Customer Service Advisor Profile:
We are particularly interested in seeing candidate CVs with experience working in customer service positions, whether that be on the phone, sales, retail or in hospitality
You will need a friendly personality and a possess a genuine interest in establishing a lasting career
GCSE Grades C and above in English & Maths
Working from modern offices in Altrincham, the successful individual will receive a fantastic package including, £18,000£18,500 basic salary, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, annual company bonus, regular social events and incentives, study support and local parking.
