THE COMPANY: Our client is an international university study abroad program with offices based in the West End. They are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced HR Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE:

The HR Manager’s duties will include: 

Perform all functions relating to the processing of payroll, liaising with the Finance Manager Manage all grievance and disciplinary matters in coordination with the Director Fully maintain and update all HR records for staff Schedule, plan and participate in all employee performance appraisals Update staff profiles on the company website Act as Line Manager for the Reception staff, providing ongoing training, overseeing the staff and lead regular meetings  

THE PERSON:

Must have previous experience as an HR Manager within a professional environment Previous experience of processing payroll and line managing staff Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload   Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
