Its an exciting time for Autosmart as we continue to grow; having realised £30million in sales in the last year and with ambitious expansion plans, we need an experienced IT Director to support further growth. The IT Director will have overall responsibility for leading the IT strategy development and its implementation, transforming the way IT services are delivered across the business. Your first priority will be to identify the proposed strategy needed to support the business objectives and build the department to implement this. You will ensure the strategy is scalable and robust yet cost effective and tailored to meet Autosmarts needs.As a seasoned IT Director, you will be the voice to the board on all IT matters and will be accountable for all decision making, strategy, projects and development within the department. You will be an inspirational leader with a strong background in IT service management, infrastructure and application management. A sound commercial acumen will mean you are comfortable recommending projects, future direction and priorities for the IT function, with expenditure justifications at board level.
