This company is the largest furniture retailer in the South East, based in the heart of Waltham Cross. As an organisation they are rich in their history and their customers are the heart of their business.
They are looking for an experienced After Sales Customer Service Manager to join the team. This role will ensure that their customers continue to receive first class service that they feel valued and want to return to them time and time again.
The management and control of Service Technicians and Customer Services Assistants to enable the Department to operate effectively and efficiently.
To deal with customers, both face to face and over the telephone to resolve queries, complaints and other related issues surrounding their furniture purchases as speedily as possible.
To identify the precise nature of customer complaints/issues
Work very closely with the Buying and Sales team to identify potential quality control issues which may arise.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent IT skills, including MS Excel
Previous experience managing a team of people
Experience within the furniture industry will be advantageous
Impeccable attention to detail
Sound understanding of the English language both written and verbal
The ability to work weekends on a rotating roster basis
