Concierge / Handy Person
This is a great opportunity for a practically minded person to join a small team working for one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK.
Working in a corporate environment, my client is looking for a facilities agent to perform mainly
handy person and
concierge related tasks. This is a two month assignment with the potential for it to become longer term.
This role requires someone who is resourceful, flexible and quick to react, to work within a small team to ensure that the client experiences a seamless facilities service.
Provide a first look at help desk tasks
Work within a team to sort incoming and outgoing mail. Provide support to the client with regards to reprographics, portering and other duties.
Help with providing security
Help to assemble furniture and perform minor handy person tasks, carry out office moves, set up meeting rooms, replace fluorescent lighting as required.
Carry out monthly checks i.e. emergency lighting and tap temperature tests
Replenish and clean on site vending facilities
This is an opportunity that requires someone who has a hands on, practical approach, but also is confident with administrative tasks.
