We are currently working on behalf of an exciting and wellknown brand synonymous with highend and prestigious projects.
Currently, my client are seeking a new homes sales negotiator to be based on a highend development in Central London. This is a great opportunity to work on a flagship project and work with on one of the biggest housing schemes in London.
The role includes; conducting viewings, chasing sales leads, closing sales, negotiating deals, liaising with legal teams and ensuring that the customer enjoys a smooth sales process from start to finish.
In return for completing all of the above duties to the best of your ability, you are offered a generous commission package on top of your basic salary. Weekend work within this role is essential due to customers working during the week at the weekend is the peak time to make sales, close deals and deal with any passing customers.
