You will need to be an excellent communicator, building rapport withcustomers when dealing with issues whether via phone, email or direct messages. You will help resolve customer issues in aprofessional empathetic manner, even when working under pressure. You will need sound IT skills to besuccessful in this role, and be able to work toward departmental and personaltargets.
Ideally, you will have previous call centre experience and/orexperience within Travel.
The hours are full time (37.5 hours per week) working shifts typically between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 7pm Saturday and Sunday.
