Having built a reputation based upon quality of product and customer service, our client has reached a pivotal point in their five year growth plan which requires the appointment of a sales director to the leadership team.
Currently operating in the SME sector of the FMCG market, they are working across multiple retail and foodservice partners. This approach has been achieved through the creation of fantastic products that are revered in the sector along with close relationships which have delivered a special customer working relationship.
The role will be to oversee the commercial relationships along with those internally that will involve creation of the commercial five year strategy and management of the development, category and commercial functions.
You will currently be working with the likes of Waitrose, Sainsburys, M&S and possibly other retailers within a senior commercial capacity and possibly see this as your first step into a directorship.
