Application Support Engineer is required by our multinational client within the digital sector to provide internal support across key business systems, including online platforms and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities: Provide internal support across a range of key business systems, including both online platforms and enterprise applications, in line with support service level agreement and ensuring KPIs are met. To develop and maintain a strong understanding of key business applications and products and ensure knowledge sharing with other team members. Work alongside other support engineers and product managers to ensure incidents are resolved in a timely manner and service requests are met. Investigate, document, and resolve technical issues and faults, escalating to appropriate teams where necessary.
Skills required: Demonstrable background in application support and / or web administration with experience in supporting online platforms and / or enterprise applications. Support experience may include: SaaS Systems, CRMs, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Marketing applications, Sales Systems, or similar. Application Support Experience from different sectors also welcome. An understanding of Web Applications, web administration, web browser builtin developer and debug tools, or similar. An understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and similar will be beneficial. An understanding of digital marketing and / or product management environments a plus. Strong problem solving, time management, prioritisation, and communication skills a must. *An understanding of ITIL.
