To lead the governance and co-ordination of contractual and procurement activity, bringing visibility, structure, control and best practise to bear in how LAS manages vendors, assets and SLA’s through it commercial arrangements, and the contract life-cycle.
Centralise the approach to managing contracts, and providing clarity on their content including
-Vendor service level commitment
-Contract terms and conditions; exist, breach, durations, break clause, renewals, credits tracking
-Ownership (Functional level and Service level)
-Compliance to FCA and LAS risk/security policy
This role will ensure;
Effective track all IT contracts within LAS throughout the contract life-cycle
-Contribute to the LAS sourcing strategy
-Maintain the logs of vendors classifications and relates contracts
-Ensure there is clear analysis on core content and T&C’s
-Track the renewal profile across the IT estates
-Ensure ownership is clear and communicated
-Engage with procurement to ensure payments are being managed in a timely manner
-Engage with Legal to support and contractual issues or renewal requirements
-Engage with service owners / vendor leads to ensure continuity of contractual commitments in respect of LAS
-Vendor contracts contain he minimum clauses and addendums to ensure FCA and regularity compliance as well as ensuring our risk/security standards are met.
Accountabilities and main responsibilities
Analysis of contract content
-Articulating SLA commitments and metrics required for service reviews – including engagement of service credit models.
-Maintenance of the IT contracts database
-Support in understanding T’s and C’s of vendors contracts and relationships
-Managing the contract life-cycle, engaging in the products/solution life-cycle milestones (Contribute/Define)
-Education of the IT community around commercial compliance against contract T’s and C’s.
-Identification of regularity risk within existing contracts and ensuring compliance in new or renewal contracts.
-Alignment with Asset Management to ensure consistency with asset controls across vendor licenses and services.

5 plus years within a IT function and related contract management
-7 plus years IT leadership
Microsoft Licensing – Specifically around MS/O365, Azure
-Service Review – contractual SLA’s and Service Credit management
Coaching and Mentoring of service owners and vendor relationship management
