About the job

Part time and Occasional hours available.

Early shift either 7am or 8am start to either 1.30pm or 4.30pm. Late shift either 1.30pm or 4.30pm start to 9.30pm. Alternate weekend working.

We have a two week shift rota, but you may have to occasionally change a shift.

About the role

Disability affects everyone differently. We need you to provide tailored day-to-day support to ensure the needs of the people who use our services are met in positive and creative ways. It’s a job that can be challenging at times, but this is balanced by the unrivalled sense of long-term satisfaction it also gives. You will provide assistance with care, personal support, daily living tasks or activities to customers in order to support them attain their full potential, maximise options available and encourage choice, participation and motivation.

You will need to demonstrate your understanding of written word by completing your application form comprehensively, leaving no gaps and ensuring all relevant information asked for is supplied.

You will need to complete a full employment history with dates from when you left school, giving reasons for any gaps in your employment history.

You application should be personal and not a mass produced CV, we want to know about you from your perspective.

You need to convince us why we should consider your application, why do you want this position and what can you bring to our home.
