Our Client is looking for IT administrator for a role based in Wakefield.

st / 2nd line support and troubleshooting of ITrelated problems relating to hardware and software
Populating the IT Support knowledge base with known solutions and sharing good practise
Act as a first line point of contact for phone calls, emails and selfservice tickets from internal staff regarding IT issues, queries and requests
IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience.
Supporting Microsoftbased operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10.
Installation and configuration of a wide range of applications
Active Directory: creating and maintaining user accounts
Office 365 Administration
