THE ROLE Sales Development Reps (SDR) are part of Vertical Sales teams, often consisting of SMB Account Executives (AEs), Enterprise AEs and/or Corporate AEs. SDRs are responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities within their assigned territory. They work closely with Marketing, AEs and Pre-Sales in developing targeted strategies and messaging to drive new opportunities for NewVoiceMedia. In partnership with these groups, we educate prospects, build relationships, qualify opportunities and generate healthy sales pipeline within target organisations. You will be responsible for: Generating new business opportunities to fuel the Sales Pipeline Contacting all new inbound leads and all hot leads within 1 hour of receipt Conducting high level conversations with business owners in prospect accounts Achieving monthly & quarterly quotas of Qualified Opportunities and Closed Business SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Passionate about technology/SaaS and sales Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills Able to use initiative and self-manage DESIRED EXPERIENCE Knowledge of CRM and/or a familiarity of our industry COMMON CHARACTER TRAITS Able to work collaboratively within different teams Possess sound commercial judgement Passionate about delivering excellence Self-starting and able to self-manage Driving Attendance to Events Working Booth Duty at Trade Shows, World Tours, etc Campaign Call Down Pipeline Forecasting Follow-Up on MQLs, Follow-Ups JOIN THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MOVEMENT We wouldnt rank as an employer of choice if it wasnt for our attention to getting workplace culture and work-life balance right.
