Experienced chef de partie ready to move up to Junior Sous Chef to join a dedicated team, which offers a personal style of cuisine and service. Candidates should have experience of working as part of a team, stock control and only the highest level of skills when it comes to the cooking and presentation of each dish. A positive attitude should be second nature, and a willingness and passion to go above and beyond to make a guest's experience as good as it possibly can be should always be at the forefront of your mind.
• Proven experience at a chef de partie level or existing Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step.
• The ability to work in a team
• Passion, enthusiasm and creativity in the kitchen.
• You must be flexible in terms of the working hours required of you.
• 2 AA Rosette experience
