The Customer Service Administrator will provide an outstanding and consistent level of service to existing Onecom customers, responding to issues, queries and complaints on a first contact resolution. As well as:
Perform analysis of payments made to customers as a credit or goodwill gesture
Sort and allocate postal cancellations, transfers, returns and complaints
Manage customer returns received from the Service team on a daily basis
Facilitate payment returns as part of the cancellation process
Provide real time support for customers through Live Agent and WhatsApp
Perform checks on changes to customers price plans, identifying and highlighting any errors
Perform credit checks for new customer accounts
Arrange handset exchanges as part of the sales process
Respond to customer emails and out-of-hours tickets by phone and email
Order processing for business accounts
Ad-hoc support to business accounts for urgent and/or larger scale tasks
Working hours: Monday to Wednesday 8:30-5:30 or 8:00-5:00
The ideal Customer Service Administrator:
Previous Customer Service experience;
Passionate about providing an excellent service with every customer interaction;
Strong IT skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
