About the job
Our client, a specialist provider of selfinvested pension products, are looking to add an experienced administrator to their SIPP property team. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years experience in SIPP Property work or another relevant Property related role. This role is based in Glasgow.
The main purpose of this role is to participate in the efficient running of the administration area. This includes accountability, via their Team Leader, to both members and IFAs that their SIPPs will be administered in an accurate and timely manner. Other responsibilities include:
Continuous improvement by participation in Quality, Compliance, procedural reviews, or projects
Customer Relationship Development with IFAs and other key relationships
Delivery of training and/or Procedural updates
The successful candidate will be customer focussed with the flexibility to adapt to changing demands. Other requirements include:
Qualifications (1 required) Certificate in Life and Pensions (CII), Detailed knowledge of Commercial Property Management (Min 5 years experience), Detailed knowledge of Commercial Property Conveyancing (Min 5 years experience) or competency at Relationship Building evidenced by an interview and presentation selection process
Excellent knowledge of SIPP products and processes
Able to act as a mentor
Working knowledge of systems used within Operations
Display initiative and seek out opportunities to improve own performance
