Within IT Service Excellence, Dhiren and his ServiceNow team are waiting for you to take on new challenges. Together, you will support our customers in the transformation of their ITSM, HR, Finance, CSM, Project and Portfolio Management, ITOM around innovative SaaS solutions.Come share your experience in a constantly changing IT environment!Integrated with our project teams, and after a period of training in the tool, you will be responsible for: The design of solutions and specifications according to the needs of our customers and Devoteam know-how.The delivery of the workshops to gain a detailed understanding of the solution to be implemented.Setting up, integrating and developing applications.Support our customers in their organisational change through communication, training, adapted support, IT transformation.Supporting Pre-sales activitiesTo succeed in this first challenge, we would ideally like to see you accredited with some certifications in ServiceNow but we will provide a regular personal development with you as part of your PDA. Qualifications
Graduate of a large engineering school or a Master 2 in computer science, you are passionate about new technologies, especially Cloud and SaaS, and their impact on IT and the business of companies.You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service and quality.Adaptable and curious, you like to work as a team to share your expertise and your enthusiasm on new technologies.
