We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator, to join our expert customer services team based at our head office in Basingstoke.
We are really looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support to our customer service team.
The successful candidate will have a flexible, customer focussed approach, with excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels. They will be organised with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload effectively, whilst being a good team player.
They will use these skills and experiences to provide effective support to the customer service team.
Requirements of the administrator:
- Data entry and keying orders
- Call Handling
- Liaising with customers via telephone and emails
- Dealing with Export documentation
- Invoicing orders and send them to customers
- Liaising with warehouse, production, finance, technicians and other departments
- Arranging customers' shipments with freight companies
