About the job

If you've got some office experience and are looking to join a company with great progression prospects and development opportunities, then this role is for you! You'll be tasked with a variety of duties daily, using an internal system within a friendly and growing team.

As well as new offices, this company boasts a number of job perks including contributory pension (matched by employer up to 5%), life insurance, 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays which increases with length of service.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm and 9am-4.30pm on Friday.

Duties include:
Sending emails chasing appointments and reports
Processing consent forms and records
Updating case details
Maintaining spreadsheets
Scanning reports and consent forms
Making phone calls and dealing with email queries

You'll have some office experience but most importantly a can-do, positive and willing attitude to support the team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word is essential as is a friendly telephone manner and the capacity to work quickly and accurately.
