As a Bank Worker you will be offered bank hours at the sole discretion of the company, as dictated by the needs of the business.
You must be flexible and be prepared to work in any of the four onsite Children's Homes. No hours are guaranteed.

Tadley Court Childrens homes specialise in the care of children and young people between the age of 5 and 19 years who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum with associated learning difficulties. Our children and young people may also exhibit challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and lack of social understanding.
Our homes are open 52 weeks per year.
As a Bank Residential Support Worker you will ensure that the children and young people in your care are safe, healthy and able to make a positive contribution, realising their full potential through enjoyment, achievement and economic well being.
This is a bank worker post and you must be prepared to work on a shift system including early, late and weekend shifts.

- Previous experience in a special needs environment/school would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
