Global Travel Tech Group are experiencing a major growth and seek a Talent Acquisition Manager to assist on the global growth of their workforce based in London but recruiting for the European and USA expansion you will be part of the team planning out hiring strategy, attracting talent, recruiting and have the opportunity to shape and scale a fast growing company in a fast paced industry.
As Talent Acquisition Manager your responsibilities will include :
handling the full range of the recruitment process for a variety of roles
develop a candidate pool and pipeline in accordance with business line needs
stakeholder management and timely reporting
project manage Global HR projects
initial key focus will be on roles in sales, marketing, ecommerce and digital marketing (so experience in these type of roles are essential)
Talent Acquisition Manager candidates must be able to demonstrate :
a solid background in recruiting either in-house or with a recruitment agency
familiar with mass hiring’s (min 100 new recruits planned for 2019)
familiar with sales, marketing, customer services, e commerce and digital marketing recruitment
great communication skills with a warm touch
proven organisational and great time management skills
globally minded and experience of working with different cultural backgrounds
some experience of working with a start-up this company has been established for 5+ years but are developing into new countries so start up experience valid
The company are a recognised global travel brand by both consumer and the travel industry. A leader in its field, it’s a fast moving company and you have to enjoy a somewhat chaotic period as their aggressive growth plans will mean lots of changes as the year goes on! You will be working in different time zones. Office culture is trendy and open plan offices, no one wears suits or ties! Flexible working hours are offered and you will be reporting to an overseas Director who wants someone self-sufficient and self-motivated if you are used to being man managed this isn’t the role for you.
