We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a small team with responsibility for processing the end to end payroll for around 1000 employees.
Youll thrive on working to deadlines and use your excellent attention to detail to ensure that the correct information is collated and input into the system in a timely manner.
Its important that youre comfortable liaising with a range of colleagues from across the business to collect the payroll information you require, answer queries and issue relevant communications regarding payroll processes and deadlines.
You will be a highly organised team player, with excellent numerical and excel skills and must have previous experience of working in a payroll environment as you will be required to cover in the absence of the Payroll Manager.
Controlling, planning and delivering all aspects of payroll services in line with current legislation Completing analysis of payroll control accounts and working within the timescales of the Finance Department Providing key reports and financial data using Oracle Payroll managers and Directors Implementing the rules governing the deduction of pension contributions in line with individual scheme requirements Maintaining close communication with key stakeholders, particularly HR, IT and Finance, to ensure payroll is processed accurately Resolving any queries that may arise to the satisfaction of the Company and individuals
This role is based at our Head office in Coalville, Leicestershire with free parking provided. We are happy to consider both full time and part hours for this role. On a part time basis, the role would be purely focused on payroll. However, if you were interested in full time hours, the role would be split between payroll as outlined and supporting our Accounts Payable team.
