We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative who can initiate conversations in multiple languages with marketers at leading global brands.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesGrowing a profitable pipeline of opportunities through:Timely and relevant follow-up on inbound interestAccount-based outbound and Social Selling supported by our marketing organization with leading-edge ABM, AI and Influencer Marketing toolsDelivering on qualified meeting setting numbers in line with the company strategy and ambitious growth targetsThis is a junior sales development role which sets meetings for Account Executives. It is not a "closing" role, but a stepping stone towards becoming an Account Executive.Qualifications

Qualifications and Track RecordSuccessful track record in account or sales developmentPast experience teaching and leading groups Strong client references and LinkedIn endorsementsPrior experience working on a cross-border, multiple-timezone team SkillsEnglish and French fluency is a must. Business proficient ability to speak German, Spanish or Italian is a plusCultivated curiosity and capable listening Strong interpersonal skills and capability to interact at different levels of seniority across European jurisdictionsMastery of Social Media including Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedInPersonalityGrowth mindsetEnergized by gender-balanced team environment Diligent about detailsComfortable engaging face to face and via live or recorded videoBuilds mutually beneficial relationshipsDriven by results and motivated to exceed targets
