About the job
You will be expected to:
Work with the Product and Operational Teams to effectively set up and Employee Benefit programmes in accordance with the migration schedule.
Responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to programme set-up.
Ensure all procedural requirements are met; including but not limited all legal requirements, financial and third-party approval processes.
Effectively manage the calendar of programme launches.
Support the Product Team on the ongoing management of the programmes once set up, ensuring they are provided with all relevant information required to effectively service this programme.
Assist in management and maintenance of content for individual client programmes.
The successful candidate must possess the following criteria:
Strong existing product knowledge
Driven, leads by example, proactive, and positive
Team player, ability to build and manage relationships internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Pragmatic and methodical in approaching processes
Attention to detail orientated
Enjoy working to deadlines
Have a strong client focused culture
