We are currently recruiting for a PR Campaign Manager to join our Harrogate team. As a campaign manager, you will have a close working relationship with your client contact (direct and/or via SAMs and TAMs) and a good understanding of the nuances of their business and specific marketing goals. In your role, you will also be responsible for developing and supporting junior members of the team to get the best out of them on a day-to-day basis, whilst enabling them to grow and achieve their personal development objectives. Day-to-dayLeads on priority clients, e.g. larger budgets.Oversees client and internal communications on this client wherenecessary.Oversees client campaigns at every stage (sense check/proofing andediting).Assists with organisation and time-planning for the teamAssesses client prioritisation based on spend, issues, renewals, changesto contract, etc.Ensures progress of campaigns against deadlines and internalbenchmarking, escalating/getting involved where necessary.Campaign management (campaign planning, idea generation, promotion).Attends pitches/upsell opportunities.Tracks client performance and reporting on this.Produces professional reports and documenting campaigns for clients.Using learnings from reports to shape ongoing work & futurestrategies.Being involved in pitching for new business and developing/costing PRproposals. Works to set targets, deadlines and KPIs.Awareness of client commercials spend vs. results. A passion for the media and a hunger for results.Strong press release writing skills, setting a standard for other teammembers. Knowledge and ExperienceStrong understanding of media themes and is able to identify content andstories that journalists will be interested in.Can write client-friendly content to a level where amends are notnecessary. Experienced in proofing other team members work. Experienced in creating meeting slides in line with company standardsand attending client meetings to present. Experienced in reviewing campaigns at all stages to ensure output hasthe highest chance of acquiring strong results.Ability to escalate campaigns that are underperforming across allclients and offer subsequent contingency planning.Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Understand common SEO metrics e.g. DA, Trust Flow, Traffic etc.Experience of industry SEO tools and applications e.g. Google Analytics.Knowledge of Google guidelines and algorithm updates.Good understanding of link strategies and principles of obtaining links.A grasp on the variety of benefits / KPIs that can be achieved throughPR, over-&-above SEO PR.Good understanding of all other departments in the business and theability to adapt and achieve smooth working relationships.Proactively keeps up to date with news and trends within the industryand shares this knowledge internally.Effective management of more junior members of the team (Seniors andStrategists).Efficient organisation and time planning for all team members, ensuringall deadlines are met.Experienced in writing client-friendly content to a level where amendsare not necessary.Ability to attend upsell meetings and pitches.Awareness of wider company priorities, and able to orchestrate PR teamto shift focus onto priority clients when necessary (e.g. based on performanceKPIs, renewals, etc.). AdministrationFull working knowledge of all in-house admin systems including PeopleHR,Time Tracker and Task Manager and ability to update all with no reminders frommanagement.Provides reminders when necessary to junior team members, ensuringinternal admin is up to date across the team.

Measures of SuccessOverall campaign successes on clients that you are involved in.Retention of revenue for clients that you are involved in. Experience of working across a wide variety of niches.
