Under the direction of the Marketing Officer, you will provide marketing and administration support for the promotion of Peninsula Arts, the public Arts programme of the University, and contribute to a customer focussed, cost effective and efficient external relations service.
The Development Office team comprise campaign development, event management, alumni, stakeholder and partnership engagement. The team focus particularly on strategic level University projects which form the University's overarching Campaign. One of these projects is Peninsula Arts.
You will contribute to the team by providing tactical marketing support to deliver an arts programme to an internal and external audience.
The role will include:*Design and print: administration and distribution*Copy editing and proof reading*Image bank administration*Web, social media and e-communications*Liaison with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers*Event support
The required skills are:*A Level or equivalent standard*Experience of working in an office having undertaken a wide variety of both marketing and general office and administrative tasks*Good knowledge of Microsoft packages: word, excel and outlook *Good communication skills both written and verbal *Excellent organisational skills*Accuracy and attention to detail*Experience of working to deadlines*Ability to prioritise own workload
