This is an opportune time to join the firm as a mental health panel member and become part of an established, specialist team. Applications are encouraged from solicitors, legal executives and paralegals who possess membership of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel.
Managing a busy and challenging caseload
Advising patients and their relatives across the full remit of Mental Health Act issues
Representing clients at Mental Health Review Tribunals and Managers’ Hearings
Power of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
Advising on aftercare in the community
Applications are encouraged from solicitors, legal executives and paralegals with solid experience in mental health
It is essential to possess membership of the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel
Technically adept with exceptional client care skills
Skilled at working in a team as well as using your own initiative
