Multi-accredited firm in West Sussex seeks an experienced and ambitious Wills and Probate Lawyer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Wills and Probate Lawyer to join a busy department at a firm in Chichester which is renowned for its private client expertise.
Management of affairs
Powers of attorney
Court of protection work
Preserving assets regarding long-term residential or nursing care
Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in private client matters
Excellent client care skills and an empathetic approach are essential
It would be advantageous to be a Solicitor for the Elderly and a Dementia Friend, but this is not essential
The ability to work well both independently and as a team is required
Ideally, you will excel in professional development
