Position for Registered Nurse (General Surgery/Urology)
One of the Leading Hospitals is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (General surgery/Urology) to join their company that is based in Watford. The hospital provides high level of quality care for patients with some of the most advanced treatments on the latest generation imaging, and diagnostic technology. The offer rehabilitation, surgical procedures and specialise in fields such as orthopaedics, cardiology and many more.

As a Registered Nurse you will be tasked with working across a caseload of patients with different needs. Then assess their health and wellbeing through technical assessment methods. You will then use your analytical skills to determine the best course of action while discussing their wishes with the Consultants. The patients will be involved with the decision-making and be there for them as a point of contact. You will also have the extra support from the senior staff whenever you need. While you are developing care plans, you will be expected to deploy your considerable tact when receiving and conveying sensitive information and showcase your extensive nursing skills through every stage of the care process. With this role you will have the opportunity to fulfil your full potential through a broad range of skills that you will develop. You will willingly share your knowledge with colleagues, helping them to broaden their skills. You will utilise your extensive knowledge of legislation and procedures to achieve the high levels of care the Hospital thrives for, as well as use your innovative suggestions to improve the service.

- Fantastic organisational skills
- Confidence to see a patient through from initial assessment to any follow-up care.
- High standard of spoken English
- Have evidence of continuing professional development.
- Be confident in working with minimum supervision
