In February 2017 ENI was acquired by Verisk Analytics ######.###/) to allow the company to grow and to provide the backing of a multibillion dollar worldwide organisation to our already world-class solutions.As part of our expansion we now have a great opportunity for an Account Manager. In this role, your day to day responsibilities will be:
• Successfully manage a portfolio of clients
• Work with the project team to continually improve systems
• Assist other members of the team where required
• Regular travel will be required to visit clients
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge and experience of the insurance industry whilst not required is desired
• Proven experience of managing a portfolio of accounts
• Engage with the project management team to drive customer requirements
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of current industry best practices and new technologies
• Have a sufficient understanding of information security and quality procedures to work to an acceptable level on a daily basis
