About the job

Our client is looking for an experienced General Office Assistant to work full-time under a Company Director helping with a wide range of tasks from basic office requirements to extremely essential tasks including looking after a property portfolio and property management.

As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for the following:

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Office MS especially Excel and Word
  • Well spoken and written English (must)
  • Experience in Property Management
  • An outstanding ability to write in English
  • Extremely organised as there will be a large amount of documents to handle (must)
  • Good bookkeeping

Job includes but is not limited to:

  • Keeping detailed records of around 10 properties
  • Liaise with estate agents, tenants and all maintenance issues
  • Arrange appointments and travel as and when required
  • General office errands
  • Occasional driving to properties/appointments

An ideal candidate will possess the below abilities:

  • A strong and energetic approach to tasks
  • Able to cope with pressure
