At first sight, Bravissimo may seem like astraightforward retail business, but behind the scenes there is a hugelycomplex operation that relies on the expertise, mindset and passion of ourteams to keep it operating effectively for our customers. As we continue togrow, we are looking for 3 talented Commercial Management Trainees to becomeexperts in the key commercial functions that are particularly unique withinBravissimo; Marketing & Ecommerce, Supply Planning and Commercial Finance.
As a Commercial Management Trainee, you willhave the opportunity to spend time in our three commercial areas, giving you areal rounded experience in this area of the business. You will also spend sometime with our customer facing teams to gain a broader understanding of Bravissimoand the impact of the commercial functions on the operation and mostimportantly, on our customers.
The programme will last between 18 months andtwo years, with the exact structure being individually tailored for eachsuccessful candidate. At the end of the placement, if you do really well, youwill be offered a permanent position with Bravissimo within one of the commercialteams.
For all placements, you will be primarilybased at our Head Office in Leamington Spa which is also home to the majorityof our other teams including IT, Product and People & Culture. You may attimes need to travel to one of our 29 stores dotted around the UK, or to ourwarehouse which is also in Leamington Spa.
We are looking for people with a unique blendof abilities as well as a particularly curious mindset.
The complexity of our data andsystems means that you need to have strong analytical skills to really do thisjob well. If you are the right person, numberswill be your second language - you dont take them at face value, you seepatterns and trends behind them. With this in mind, you are likely to have a degreewith a strong numerical or analytical element.
Although youhave a real passion for numbers, you should also have the confidence andpassion to be able to articulate your ideas and findings to a wide range ofbusiness stakeholders, acting as a key partner to enable them to shape theirfunctional strategies and initiatives, makingthe data digestible and understandable to everyone.

Previous work experience is notessential as we will support you to build your knowledge in the commercialspace. What is more important is a real instinct and understanding of ourpurpose and what we are striving to achieve.
