Eden Scotts client, a leading financial services firm in the UK, who pride themselves on delivering the highest levels of service and integrity while building lasting relationships, are looking for a Client Services Administrator to add to their Financial team. The role is based in their Glasgow office, with this exciting opportunity arising due to continual company growth.
Main responsibilities include supporting advisors and clients alike, while offering Adviser and Client Support for new business and client servicing. Other key responsibilities include:
Managing leads with the Client Relationship Management system
Client communication through telephone/email, covering all aspects of client instruction, arranging meetings and also preparing meeting packs and valuations for appointments
Facilitation of new business to Platform and OffPlatform administration teams, from submission to completion
Checking new business paperwork, banking cheques, managing cash balances and movements including raising invoices for advice fees and chasing for payment
General ad hoc admin duties as required by the Practice or assigned by the Client Service Manager
Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practicing effective risk management and taking account of outcomes for clients. Other requirements include:
Previous financial services experience (In an IFA office preferable)
A team player with excellent attention to detail and good communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent record keeping and reporting capabilities
Proactive nature to gain efficiencies and demonstration of initiative
