After your initial training you will enter the world of recruitment in what is classed as a 360 degree consultant role meaning you will have responsibility for the entire sales / recruitment cycle. Accordingly you will need the mind set of running a business within a business whilst also working within the companies guidelines and following a very successful sales process that has been proved over the years by the management team that possess in excess of 25 years within the sales recruitment arena. You will be assigned a manager who will work closely with you initially to ensure your continued development and so they can mentor you in to a senior consultant or management based role which will be primarily based on your revenue performance.
h2 is a dynamic rapidly expanding sales recruiter with a strong management team with a number of years experience. Due to the job market improving within the sales arena being buoyant at this moment in time we are looking to add a number of new consultants to the team at all levels as we continue our growth plans for 2013/2014. As part of that growth we are looking for people that are driven to be successful and can over achieve sales targets and be business leaders of the future as with our internal promotion strategy to grow the business we need people that can progress their career over the next 1218 months.
You will be degree calibre sales professional with a demonstrable track record of new business wins within a B2B sales environment. Ideally you will be used to engaging with directors of business over the phone and handling the entire sales process from cold call through to close, we have however have had success with people from within field sales or estate agency backgrounds that are looking for a more office based role.
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £20,000£25,000 depending on experience and uncapped ote £40,000£45,000 (1st year) with an accelerator once you surpass your target. In your 2nd year you should be earning well in excess of £60k with top performers earning in excess of £80k in their 2nd year due to the aggressive accelerator we have for over achievers.
